Since starting in 2006, Joel has quickly risen to become a highly respected Financial Consultant and leader in his field. Joel’s combination of experience, knowledge and relationship driven attitude distinguish him in the industry and have earned him Financial Planner of the Year[1] honours for Calgary Centre and Investors Group President’s Elite qualification[2].
Joel credits his success to building strong and lasting relationships. A Dale Carnegie graduate and member of The Canadian Association of Gift Planners; Joel enjoys coaching and mentoring and strives for continual personal growth. He educates clients to be accountable and adaptable while helping them build a financial future in which they can enjoy life, protect their wealth and transition their surplus assets to children, charities and other beneficiaries.
Joel and his wife, Jamie, have 2 childern Willa and Jude. Together they love travelling to explore new cultures and traditions. In his spare time, Joel gives back to his community through his involvement with the Canadian Cancer Society, Kids Up Front Calgary and The Alzheimer’s Society of Calgary.

Trevor and his wife Mallory enjoy travelling and exploring while living an active lifestyle. Both are very active in the community within charity and local business initiatives. Trevor is born and raised in Calgary, Mallory has been a resident for 15 years, and embrace the energy that the city has to offer. In their spare time you can find them hiking in the mountains, walking their boston terrier Austin in central memorial park or going for a run along the banks of the bow river.
Elizabeth (E for short) joined Joel Bray & Associates Private Wealth Management in 2012. She keeps the team well organized and sets the bar high for customer service, by always making clients feel they come first. With her extensive experience in financial administration, E’s finely tuned skills keep the team on track with all accounts and communications.
Hailing from Edmonton, E enjoys keeping the team organized and creating special events to show clients appreciation. At home, E likes to spend time with her miniature schnauzer Angel, and husband Vernon. On the side, E is a trained health coach and passionate about health and alternative healing.
Kelly joined Investors Group Securities Inc. in 2008. He provides securities advice to clients in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Prior to joining Investors Group, Kelly was as Pharmacist since 1996, while also participating in a successful Investment Club for several years where he built the foundation for sound investment planning strategies.
Kelly completed his Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences in 1996 from the University of Saskatchewan. Since then, he has also obtained the Chartered Investment Manager designation through the Canadian Securities Institute.
Kim started as Insurance Planning Specialist with Investors Group in 1999. In this role, he provides insurance training and case consultation to Investors Group Consultants.
Kim has 19 years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to becoming an Insurance Planning Specialist, Kim spent time as an Investors Group Consultant and worked in personal production as an insurance agent before that.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He has earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP), the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and the Certified Health Specialist (CHS) designations and is an active member of the industry association, Advocis.
Kim is active in his church and in the community as basketball coach and referee. Kim has also served on the Calgary Basketball Officials Association Executive as the Education Coordinator, providing training to new and developing basketball officials.
Marjorie joined Investors Group in July of 2006. She provides mortgage planning advice and strategies to Consultants and Investors Group clients.
Prior to joining Investors Group, Marjorie worked in the banking industry since 1990. She was promoted to various positions with her final position as a Senior Personal Banking Manager.
In the community, Marjorie has volunteered for a variety of different organizations over the years including The Children’s Wish Foundation. She currently sits on the board of the Calgary John Howard Society. Her most recent endeavor is a steering committee member on the RESOLVE campaign to end homelessness in Calgary.
